Novatek, one of the biggest LCD chip manufacturers in the world, has adopted TMC’s Fixed-length Data Compression IP to their in-coming LCD chips.

Tokyo, February 4th, 2015 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that Novatek, one of the biggest LCD chip manufacturers in the world, has adopted TMC’s Fixed-length Data Compression IP to their in-coming LCD chips.

TMC’s Fixed-length Data Compression IP has been developed using its original DMNA, Digital Media New Algorithm, and has those features such as realizing data compression with the complete Fixed-length block sustaining high picture quality, Compact circuitry, and significantly reducing Frame Memory as well as Bandwidth. Different from Variable-length Data Compression, TMC’s Fixed-length Data Compression IP effectively enables Partial updating with Random access. That was another key reason for the adoption.

Tokyo, November 5th, 2014 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that TMC has developed and added TMC's DMNA based H.264 4K/60p Real Time Digital Image Transmission/Signage System to its product lineup. The system is compliant with H.264 Baseline Profile and AAC. It is possible to attain size wider than 4K by multiple usage at the same time.

Tokyo, September 25th, 2014 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that TMC has developed and added TMC's DMNA based Compact Version of Low Latency Digital Image Transmission System to its product lineup. The system can encode/decode data in Full HD (1920x1080) size with 60 fps with its original codec and transmit digital image with latency of 0.1 sec. The system is compact and light (1.5Kg each), so is suitable as a portable real time monitoring/broadcasting system.

Developed and released TMC's DMNA based H.264HD Encoder/Decoder LSI (TM5184).

Tokyo, March 10th, 2010 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that TMC has developed and released TMC's DMNA based H.264HD Encoder/Decoder LSI which can encode and decode data in full HD (1920x1080) size with 60 fps. Built-in DDR SDRAM controller allows to connect DDR2 memory directly and select suitable data width depending on system structures. The device has special purpose functions for surveillance cameras, video meeting and video distribution service systems. The device also includes JPEG encoder that works with H.264 encoder separately but simultaneously.

Tokyo, November 16th, 2009 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that "On-Air Pictures Send-and-Back System with very short delay of time," which was co-developed with Nippon Television Network Corporation, comes to be on sale from the next fiscal year. The system will be provided both in software version and in hardware version according to customers' requirements. Some of the additonal features are: i) can prevent hacking accesses by the original authentification program, ii) can monitor accessing situation by IP addresses of clients, and iii) can adjust transmission speed according to the system levels.

TMC has co-developed with Nippon Television Network Corporation On-Air Pictures Send-and-Back System with very short delay of time, which is strongly required for making good on-the-spot broadcasting programs under digital broadcasting.

Tokyo, May 11th, 2009 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that TMC has co-developed with Nippon Television Network Corporation (“NTV”) On-Air Pictures Send-and-Back System with very short delay of time by TMC’s DMNA based H.264 and AAC-LC encoder/decoder softwares. TMC analyzes that this was achieved by DMNA’s ability of high speed encoding/decoding.On the traditional on-the-spot broadcasting system, if used for digital broadasting, it takes 2 seconds for pictures and audio to run to the broadcasting station and come back to the spot. This delay of time is fatal to making excellent programs because director on the spot plans how and what to take next on checking pictures on a by-side monitor screen which shows the pictures he is sending to the station. On-Air Pictures Send-and-Back System shortens the delay from 2 seconds to 0.2 second, which enables almost real time monitoring. The Next development plan is on between TMC and NTV with TMC’s DMNA based original codec DMNA-V2 aiming for higher quality of pictures and compressing ratio.

Tokyo, May 16th, 2007 - Techno Mathematical Co., Ltd ("TMC") announced that TMC has developed an original IP core DMNA-V, which enables two times compression ratio of H.264.TMC’s DMNA, Digital Media New Algorithm, utilizes mathematical methods, such as lapel operations, hierarchical structure and others, and TMC has succeeded in removing all the tedious calculations in the algorithm, such as DCT and ME, and so has significantly reduced the operation load. The high compression ratio of DMNA-V was achieved by TMC’s new technologies, such as vector conversion method of hierarchical structure for space transform.
