Product Overview

• TMC has developed and commercialized a H.264/AVC video decoder software, which is compliant to H.264/AVC (a highly efficient image compression standard standardized in ISO/IEC 14496-10).
• Compared to the conventional MPEG4, it has a higher compression ratio and is suitable for use at low bit rates. It is used in a variety of applications, including video encoding/decoding on PCs, digital camera and network video distribution service.
• Achieved high image quality and high speed that satisfies the terrestrial digital TV broadcasting standards.

• TMC original algorithm “DMNA” made it possible the high image quality, high speed, small size and low power consumption.
• Optimized for Intel x86 series processors and ARM Cortex-A series.
• According to the line conditions, the frame rate and bit rate can be switched without interrupting the encoding process.
• Possible to provide Encoder with Intra-Frame only with 1/3 the CPU load, minimalize RAM size, and high quality.
