TMC has developed a frame interpolation technology for YCbCr input format
By creating an intermediate frame for the decoded video data, regardless of the decoder’s standard, smooth and natural video playback can be achieved.
Since this technology is developed using a high-speed algorithm, the CPU load is low, and it contributes to the improvement of the added value of various video playback functions, including the high quality of 1-Seg service reception.
Features
Using our proprietary computer algorithm “DMNA”, TMC has achieved high image quality, high speed, small size, and low power consumption.
TMC can also provide the version that performs H.264 decoding and frame interpolation at the same time, converting QVGA 15fps, the 1-Seg standard, to 30fps for output.
