Product Overview
AMR (Adaptive Multi Rate) is a speech codec established by 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) and has the feature that the bit rate can be switched frame by frame. It can be used for the various applications such as mobile handset, PDAs, and network distribution services.
TMC has developed and commercialized the software IP that aims at high speed by efficient numerical calculation.
